Taiwanese Americans plan Open Forum and UN rally New York, 1 September 2001 On Sunday 2 September 2001, the Taiwanese- American community in the US is organizing an Open Forum in support of UN membership for Taiwan. On Tuesday 11 September 2001, this is followed by a rally in front of the UN building at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza. Further information is given below. On Sunday 2 September 2001, the Taiwanese- American community in the US is organizing an Open Forum in support of UN membership for Taiwan.

On Tuesday 11 September 2001, this is followed by a rally in front of the UN building at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza. Further information is given below.
